Decarbonisation is an integral part of BuildingMinds’ solution. BuildingMinds is helping RE managers execute data-driven strategies to improve resource efficiency, drive decarbonization and future-proof buildings against climate risk.
As a young and vibrant startup, we love team events! As the current situation doesn’t allow for the whole company to come together, we were really excited about the Global RE Run! Throughout the pandemic we continued hiring. As many of us haven’t had the chance to meet in person yet, we decided to leverage the Run as a team building event across all locations. With regard to the local Covid-19 measures, we formed teams of two from different departments to also encourage cross-team exchange.
It was not only a great opportunity to get to know each other better, but also to stand up for our values and make a sustainable contribution. Moreover, it was a healthy activity during a time in which working from home and closed gyms are the new reality. The event put a smile on our faces as it brought back some sense of normality. We would like to thank the organizers for the initiative!
